National Library Week: Aptos Branch Library

ABA Culture

The reimagined Aptos Branch Library, designed by ABA and constructed by Bogard, is a gem nestled in the charming coastal town of Aptos, California. Offering residents a sanctuary of learning, leisure, and natural beauty, it features spaces such as a community terrace, community and multi-purpose room, collections and seating areas - all expressing a "forest to ocean" concept. The library is also distinguished by a direct view to the ocean that provides visitors with inspiring backdrop as they settle with a book or computer.

This National Library Week, we invite you to explore the unique blend of natural beauty, community spirit, and architectural design that makes this newly completed library an acclaimed community landmark.
