A Month of Row House Design: Maggie Bao

Maggie's statement:

The façade design was inspired by my cats’ favorite scratcher/couch, pictured above. They love engaging with it in various ways—lying on it, sitting atop it, or using it as a headrest. This façade is envisioned as both a sanctuary and playground for stray cats as well as my own. In select areas, glass revolving cat doors connect the interior and exterior, allowing the cats to move freely between the two spaces. There are no doors for humans on this façade—it's exclusively for cats.
