The Tidewater Community College | Virginia Beach Joint-Use Library has been named Virginia’s best, as part of Elle Décor’s 50 Best Libraries in the United States. ABA led the Strategic Operational Plan & Programming and then teamed with Carrier Johnson + Culture and RRMM for the design phases. This state-of-the-art library serves as a model of successful joint-use public partnerships between municipalities and academic institutions – serving as a center for community engagement and learning delivering universal access to information for all users through seamless service.
