Camille Sorrant

Planning Analyst
A former economic analyst for the French Government, Camille is a planning analyst at ABA with extensive skills in research and data analysis as well as active listening and outreach facilitation skills. Working across the firm’s education, community, and healthcare practices, she draws on a background in economics and city/regional background to implement a rigorous, empirical methodology to understand client needs and create space programs that inform effective and responsive design solutions. Her ability to engage equally well with both people and data is matched only by her adventurous spirit, neatly expressed by singer Jacques Brel’s observation that “Adventure is the treasure we discover every morning.” Just as she challenges the boundaries of her comfort zone with activities such as off-road car racing in the Moroccan desert, she encourages clients to consider how the parameters of their projects are not limitations but, rather, opportunities for creative thinking.
