After completing work with St. Catherine Parish on Process Planning for the Parishwide Needs Assessment and Visioning effort, ABA is kicking off the formal Master Plan for the Parish and School. ABA worked extensively on the Process Design with a Core Team to establish the right communication protocol, milestones and approval and decision making process for the leadership of St. Catherine Parish.
Our highlights of the Master Plan project will include a Community Outreach component where ABA will actually train members of the Parish’s Process Management Team to conduct surveys, workshops, interviews, and focus groups in order to inform decision making with programming for their operations, which include Worship, Community, Formation (Education), Outreach, Staff and Administration.
Once ABA develops the program, we will collaboratively work with key leadership of the Parish and School, developing Master Plan concepts, cost models and implementation strategies. All of this effort will be conducted with the participation of the entire Parish, through five Community Forums, and within an approved process of the newly formed Pastoral Council.
